Built on the corner of the marina, around a large square, the blocks of apartments have been carefully designed to naturally guide the flow of pedestrians towards the marina , across a breezeway with traditional architecture arcades. In addition to numerous shops , this area includes a variety of restaurants with a unique view of the marina and ocean.
